Where we deliver

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom.

Delivery costs within the United Kingdom are covered by London Mode, so your fashion favourites can be sent straight to your door with a simple checkout experience.

Every order is prepared and packed carefully before it leaves us.

Delivery timeframe

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days.

Order cut-off time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM GMT, Monday through Saturday.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

This allows you to follow your parcel as it makes its way to your delivery address.

Possible delivery delays

We always aim to keep deliveries on schedule. During busier periods, severe weather, or unexpected logistical issues, a delivery may take slightly longer than planned.
